Job Title: Delivery Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Supervisor to join our team at B.C. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet business needs
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage financial transactions
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking and reporting
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees, youth employment, Veterans, Indigenous people, or visible minorities
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
