Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by maximizing human capital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in key projects to drive HR strategies and improve business outcomes
  • Ensure 100% compliance with policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Influence and communicate with all levels of the organization, from production team members to senior leadership
  • Coach and develop plant managers and front-line leaders
  • Ensure employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated, and resolved
  • Promote a positive work culture by driving team engagement initiatives and employee advocacy
  • Lead key HR processes, including compensation, merit, and bonus planning
  • Facilitate talent reviews and performance management processes using contemporary tools and processes
  • Manage the payroll function to ensure compliance and effectiveness
  • Administer benefits programs and communicate plan for both Canadian and US employees
  • Coordinate annual benefits renewal process for both workforces
  • Coordinate employer branding efforts and initiatives to position the company as a desirable place to work
  • Act as a main point of contact and coordinator for company recruitment activities
  • Work with senior management to develop employee communication strategies and materials
