About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support business growth
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage events and initiatives to promote business development and employee engagement
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of success
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
