Global Capital Markets Banking Internship/Co-op Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Capital Markets (GCM) Banking team as an intern/co-op for the Winter 2025 term. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including financial analysis, risk management, and client relationship building.
Key Responsibilities- Support the GCM Banking team in analyzing financial information and identifying business opportunities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of executive summary and risk summary reports
- Participate in on-the-job training and exposure to various aspects of the derivative, foreign exchange, commodity, fixed income, and equity businesses
- Collaborate with the GCM Banking team and Global Risk Management team to manage a portfolio of GBM Financial Institution clients
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
