About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will join the Global Capital Markets group as an Equity Research Associate Intern/Co-op. This role is designed to provide undergraduate and/or MBA and Masters students with exposure to various elements of the investment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Equity Research Analysts in the analysis of industries and companies
  • Develop a good understanding of the financial markets, the factors that influence stock prices, and how these factors impact the particular pricing of a stock
  • Conduct primary research from industry and financial sources
  • Provide write-ups on companies and industries
  • Prepare marketing presentations using PowerPoint
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education
  • Strong accounting, analytical, and math skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
