Drake International, a global leader in flexible and permanent staffing, has forged a strategic partnership with a prominent industry leader in HVAC & Air Distribution Products & Services. This esteemed company is seeking a seasoned HVAC Project Manager to join their expanding team in Kelowna.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure project timelines are met, with effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive commercial and industrial HVAC sales and project management initiatives.
  • Analyze customer design proposals and specifications to provide accurate cost estimates.
  • Evaluate technical content of plans and specifications to ensure proposed products meet specified requirements.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent related work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
