Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our supply chain processes. This role is essential for ensuring efficient operations within our organization.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities across various departments to enhance workflow.
  • Oversee the movement of materials and supplies between different sections.
  • Execute routine clerical tasks to support daily operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive work records and logs.
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggestions to boost productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors to efficiently schedule production runs.
  • Keep accurate records of vehicle operator activities.
  • Organize and manage inventory effectively.
  • Ensure a steady supply of necessary materials.
  • Establish and uphold precise record-keeping practices.
  • Develop work schedules and procedures to streamline operations.
  • Plan and oversee the logistical operations of the organization.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Spreadsheet applications
  • Knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, and MS Office
Work Environment
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Physical demands of the role require stamina and resilience.
