Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supply Chain Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain data, including route performance, demand forecasts, and transportation costs, to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Model Development: Develop and maintain supply chain models and metrics to evaluate performance and inform strategic decisions.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, logistics, and operations, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor supply chain performance and conduct evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  5. Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management, highlighting key findings and proposing solutions for supply chain optimization.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline supply chain processes and reduce costs while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar analytical role within supply chain management.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., ERP systems, MRP systems) and advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and modeling.
  4. Additional Skills: Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and dashboard creation considered an asset.
  5. Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management.
  7. Work Environment: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
