Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Joseph Haulage Canada Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Operational Planning: Plan and organize the operational logistics of our organization, including scheduling assignments and coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Dispatching and Tracking: Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment, and maintain accurate records of shipments and mileage.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work activities, including maintenance and repair work, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
