Job Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator will oversee the alignment of supply and demand, enhance on-time delivery (OTD) performance, and contribute to revenue objectives and days of inventory (DOI) management.

  • Management of Supply Chain Operations
  • Oversight of Backlog Processes
  • Coordination of Assembly Die Kitting
  • Facilitation of Wafer Bank Releases
  • Inventory Oversight, including Days of Inventory Management, aimed at enhancing profit margins
  • Estimation of Shipments to align with Business Unit revenue targets
  • Accountability for Customer On-Time Delivery and Commitment Release Dates
  • Support for Global Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Teams
Required Qualifications
  • A degree in any field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin at a fluent level.
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain planning, particularly within the semiconductor manufacturing sector.
  • Strong skills in Excel.
  • Ability to adapt swiftly to changes, making informed decisions and acting promptly.
  • A positive attitude towards challenges and a willingness to embrace them.
