Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at CB Canada. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet and check-in guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Room Management: Maintain accurate room inventory, manage room assignments, and ensure that all rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Front Desk Operations: Operate the front desk efficiently, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy with all financial transactions.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met and that the hotel runs smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Education and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; basic computer skills; knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
