Front Desk Representative

Pickering Casino Resort is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Key Responsibilities:- Check-in and check-out guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Process room assignments, key cards, and other guest requests
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and room status
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
