About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at 10108090 Canada Ltd. as a key member of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Record Keeping and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
