Requirements:
Applicants must possess:
- A valid class five (5) driver's license
- Interprovincial Red Seal Electrical or Instrumentation Certification or a related Engineering Degree
What Sets You Apart:
Candidates with the following experience will be highly competitive:
3 years of maintenance supervisory experience, preferably in a unionized, industrial settingProven track record of developing high-performance teamsAbility to read and understand blueprints, P&Id's, loop drawings, programming logic, and automation controlsKnowledge of Industrial Instrumentation and Electrical installations with a strong understanding of maintenance best practicesUnderstanding of industrial controls, including PLC, DCS, and Scada SystemsUnderstanding of UPS systems, components, and methods of operationUnderstanding of VFD systems, applications, programming, and fault diagnosis and troubleshootingUnderstanding of networking for Modbus (RS485), Ethernet TCP/IP, HART, and Wireless communicationsTroubleshooting experience with complex instrument and electrical systemsExperience in operating maintenance CMMS systemsKoch Fertilizer Canada, ULC is an equal opportunity employer.
