Employment Details

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Work Environment
  • Located in a hotel, resort, or fine dining establishment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Train team members on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
