Executive Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join our team at CB Canada. As an Executive Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our site, ensuring the successful execution of our business strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the site, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and support to site staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including IT, Maintenance, Engineering, and QA, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to staff to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Decision Making: Make informed decisions regarding manufacturing, scheduling, and manpower allocation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports to the Director of Manufacturing, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Education: College Diploma/University Degree in Management or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of operations leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience with ERP systems, and sound computer skills.
