Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our site's operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the site, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee the site's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure the growth and development of site staff.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the site operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in operations leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Proficient in ERP systems and data analysis.
