Position Overview:

The Demand Planner role is pivotal to our operations, based at our headquarters. The position operates on a standard schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

The Demand Planner will play a crucial role in all aspects of generating and evaluating the Demand Forecast, which is essential for our supply chain operations, resource allocation, and fulfilling customer and consumer requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a unified consensus forecast that serves as a reliable source of truth, supported by cross-functional team insights and advanced technology.
  • Managing integrated business planning processes to effectively deliver customer value propositions.
  • Facilitating the execution of tailored customer and consumer service models through effective program design.
  • Allocating resources strategically to enhance Coke Florida's business outcomes while managing trade-offs and investment decisions.
  • Supporting the Profit Growth Management & Planning team in making informed decisions that drive sustainable and profitable growth.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, or Engineering.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, or Operations.
  • Strong experience in forecasting and supply planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
