About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at AM/PM Service. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of supplies and materials between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Monitoring: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics.
  • Warehouse Organization: Organize and maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment, including storage and inventory management.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance of communications equipment and other technical systems.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and reporting on inventory levels.
