The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding business within current accounts, exploring new business avenues, and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Foster business expansion within existing client accounts
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the region
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet essential business objectives
- Serve as a trusted consultant to clients by aligning their requirements with our innovative solutions
- Create comprehensive account plans including contractual agreements, services offered, and more
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
- Provide product knowledge and assist with new installations at client locations
- Conduct business reviews and drive process enhancements
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in external sales
- Proven skills in relationship management and closing deals
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Experience in hospital services or similar sectors is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools
