About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Betty's at The Kitch. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute menus, including determining food portions and costs
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain inventory and records
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Co-ordinate special events and manage kitchen operations
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas, and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
