Job Overview:

Join our team at Poppa G's Quality Meats, where we prioritize excellence in food production. As a Food Processing Labourer, you will be part of a dedicated workforce in a dynamic environment.

Work Environment:
  • Conditions: Cold and wet work settings
  • Location: Meat processing facility
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure food safety and handling standards are met
  • Transport raw and finished products along with packaging materials
  • Accurately measure and add ingredients into production machines
  • Manually package goods for distribution
  • Inspect products and packaging for quality assurance
  • Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Technical Skills:

Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) is essential for this role.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Capable of standing for extended periods
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
Personal Attributes:

Employment Type:

This is a temporary position with a commitment of 40 to 50 hours per week.
