Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at TSM Foods Inc. as a Retail Butcher. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
  • Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Cut poultry into parts
  • Grind meats
  • Make special sausages
  • Prepare special orders
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
