About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at TSM Foods Inc. as a Retail Meat Cutter. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meat products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparing Meat: Clean and cut meats to prepare for processing or cutting, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.
  • Meat Processing: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, as well as grind meats and make special sausages.
  • Wrapping and Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats to ensure they are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers about our meat products.
Work Environment

As a Retail Meat Cutter at TSM Foods Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a butcher shop or meat processing environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and manual labor.
  • Language: English language proficiency is required.
