Job Title: Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Charlottetown Mitsubishi. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding services and products.
  • Arrange for billing and refunds, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
  • Explain services and costs to customers, ensuring they understand their options.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics, ensuring data integrity.
  • Obtain and examine relevant information to assess customer feedback and concerns.
  • Receive and log customer complaints, ensuring prompt attention.
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions efficiently.
  • Sell merchandise and services to customers, ensuring upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to customers, ensuring informed decision-making.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
