Banking Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized banking solutions to clients, including account management and financial planning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
