About the Role:As a Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized banking services to clients, including greeting and assisting them with their banking needs, answering questions, and resolving complex situations. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and provide guidance on banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist clients with banking applications and ABMs
- Listen to clients' needs and provide tailored solutions
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their financial goals
- Stay up-to-date on banking products and services to provide expert advice
- College diploma (DEC) or equivalent
- Customer service experience and a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
