- Monitor customer activity and provide assistance when needed, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Respond to Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alarms and complete necessary documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to address technical issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
