Greenlight Innovation is at the forefront of the fuel cell testing equipment industry, specializing in hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyzer technologies. We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee shipping operations and prepare products for distribution. This position is a temporary role designed to cover for an absence.

Position Overview:
  • Efficiently manage outbound, inbound, and drop shipments.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure shipment readiness.
  • Prepare shipping documentation in accordance with international regulations.
  • Maintain communication with customers and vendors regarding shipment updates.
  • Keep an accurate shipment tracking log.
  • Identify and negotiate with logistics service providers to optimize costs.
  • Evaluate transportation expenses and propose cost-effective solutions.
  • Organize packaging materials to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with international shipping regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Sage.
  • APICS CLTD certification is a plus.
  • Forklift certification is advantageous.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and operate power tools.
  • Basic computer proficiency and database management skills.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components is beneficial.
Compensation: $25 to $28 per hour, commensurate with experience.
