At Svante, we're committed to making commercial-scale carbon capture and removal a reality. As a Supply Chain Co-op, you'll play a key role in supporting our Order to Pay process, ensuring seamless procurement and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the Order to Pay process, including identifying needs, sourcing, and creating purchase requisitions.
  • Place Purchase Orders within our ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to implement the MRP module and conduct data analysis to support supply chain activities.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely receipt of Purchase Orders.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institute, with a focus on Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines.
  • Strong data analysis and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and understanding of the Order to Pay cycle and workflows.
