About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Hiossen Implant Canada Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Production Scheduling: Consult with production supervisors to schedule production runs in a cost- and time-efficient manner, ensuring optimal productivity.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor production progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain progress and other reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
