About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Manager to join our team at All Right Trucking 99 Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our transportation department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Staff Management

We are looking for a professional who can recruit, train, and supervise a team of transportation staff to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Financial Management

You will be responsible for managing the finances and budget of our transportation department, ensuring that we are operating within our means and making the most of our resources.

Logistics and Supply Chain Management

As a Transportation Manager, you will be responsible for arranging shipping documentation, tracking and tracing goods in transit, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Policies and Standards

You will establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring that we are meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.

Negotiation and Communication

You will negotiate with service providers and suppliers to secure the best rates and services for our company.

Operations Management

You will oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods, ensuring that our logistics operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees

We are committed to supporting newcomers and refugees, and as a Transportation Manager, you will play a key role in recruiting and integrating them into our team.

Support for Indigenous People

You will develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, businesses, and organizations, ensuring that we are meeting our obligations and contributing to the well-being of indigenous peoples.

Support for Visible Minorities
