About the Role

Mannie International Enterprises Co Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Integrated Logistics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing the logistics and transportation of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and improve supply chain processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of logistics operations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the company.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and costs associated with logistics operations, and develop strategies to reduce expenses and improve profitability.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a logistics or supply chain management role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Setting: Freight company.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, large caseload, large workload, work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organized, team player, analytical.
