About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Kwong Fung Food Processing Factory Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and supplies throughout our warehouse and production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Logistics Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and supplies.

Coordinate Warehouse Activities

Organize and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics operations, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving activities, and any issues or concerns.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of logistics activities.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing environment.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Hours

30 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
