  • Lead the implementation of High School programming, assessment, and reporting.
  • Effectively plan, organize, and manage the human and physical resources of the school.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of flexibility.
  • Provide leadership in the use of technology to enhance pedagogy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student success and achievement.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum and instructional programs.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers and staff to improve instructional practices.
  • Develop and implement a plan to improve student achievement and well-being.
  • Collaborate with parents and the community to build relationships and promote student success.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to be a teacher/leader in the province of Alberta - Teacher Alberta Certification, Leadership Certification in Alberta.
  • Member of the school's administrative team and participation in division training and initiatives.
  • Master's Degree or working towards a Master's Degree preferred.
