This role upholds the BCS Mission of "Teaching Minds, Reaching Hearts, Transforming Our World" and our Vision of "Joining with the family to realize personal academic excellence and Christ-like character in each student." The Elementary School Principal will work within their area of responsibility to contribute to the overall success of BCS, always prioritizing the school's best interest.

This position is a collaborative member of the Bearspaw Christian School (BCS) Leadership Team, comprising leaders who support both the educational and corporate/business elements of the school. The Principal and the Director of Discipleship are the education or student-facing leaders at BCS, while the corporate/business dimensions of the school include the Director of Finance, Director of Operations, and Director of Development and Community Relations.
