We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a senior living environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

Education:

  • College/CEGEP or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and document changes in patients' health status
  • Evaluate patients to determine suitable nursing interventions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health team to develop, implement, and assess patient care plans in consultation with patients and their families
  • Conduct health screenings
  • Facilitate health education initiatives
  • Administer immunization programs
  • Dispense and manage medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Engage in nursing-related research activities
  • Oversee home care cases
  • Operate or supervise medical equipment
  • Deliver nursing care
  • Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing personnel
Supervision

Responsible for supervising 1 to 2 individuals.
