Inoria Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the company's people and culture initiatives. As the Director of People and Culture, you will be responsible for co-creating business strategies, advising on people management, shaping the company's culture, and enhancing employee experience and development. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the people side of change and internal communication efforts. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the management team to develop and execute business strategies, ensuring alignment of efforts to achieve the company's vision and goals, and providing expert support to the executive and management teams. You will also be responsible for aligning change management, talent development, and related initiatives to business strategies, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, and representing the company as a true ambassador internally and externally. Additionally, you will oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring of employees, provide initiatives for continuous professional development, and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. The ideal candidate will have exceptional relationship-building skills, prior experience as a strategic business partner, and knowledge of current legislation related to employment. A master's degree in business or psychology is an asset, and bilingualism in French and English is a must. Professional services and technology industry experience is highly preferred.
