Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive Director of Business Development to lead our A.I. platform and Professional Translation offerings. As a key individual contributor, you will navigate the sales process from initial outreach to final negotiations, engaging with decision-makers ranging from C-level executives to departmental leaders. This role is ideal for a resourceful self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a dedication to outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic prospecting and prioritize high-potential clients within your designated markets.
- Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, balancing immediate and long-term closing timelines.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, including proactive prospecting, managing inbound inquiries, securing effective deal closures, and nurturing ongoing relationships with subscription clients.
- Foster and develop relationships within assigned accounts and prospects, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing expert guidance on best practices, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and managing subscription accounts to enhance retention.
- Document client interactions and monitor sales metrics using HubSpot, aligning efforts with corporate strategies and departmental goals.
- Exhibit innovative thinking, manage pressure effectively, and consistently achieve monthly sales objectives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in strategic sales to complex accounts is essential.
- Fluency in professional-level English and French is mandatory.
- Expertise in the legal, financial, or insurance sectors is highly advantageous.
- A proven track record of managing all facets of the sales cycle successfully.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM platforms (HubSpot).
- Active participation on social media platforms and relevant online engagements.
- Documented success in selling B2B SaaS solutions is a plus.
Educational Background
A college diploma, university degree, or equivalent qualification is required.

Work Schedule
