We are a reputable accounting firm seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns for clients.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
