We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at RK Sweets & Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
