Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Culinary Specialist to join our team at Afghan Cuisine Ltd. as a key member of our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Determine the size of food portions and costs, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and manage kitchen operations.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and maintain a clean kitchen and work areas.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers receive high-quality food and service.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Organized: Maintain accurate records and inventory, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and punctuality, and be available to work a variety of shifts.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and management to achieve team goals.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
