Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.

Lead by Example

Set the standard for excellent customer service, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards and exceed customer expectations.

Financial Management

Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and reports to ensure the financial health of the kitchen operations.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff, providing opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.

Communication

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and customers to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role, with a proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and staff.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
