Job Summary:

The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory is seeking a Community and Social Services Worker to join our team. As a Community and Social Services Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and services to individuals and families in need. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and services to individuals and families in need, including crisis intervention and counseling.
  • Develop and implement programs and services to meet the needs of the community, including outreach and education.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including client files and program statistics.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Experience working with diverse communities and populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
