Job Title: Social Worker - Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team of caregivers at Spark Lifecare. As a Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work with adults, children, and families to provide holistic rehabilitation services and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psycho-social rehabilitation services to clients with complex mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client-centered care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients
  • Provide counseling and therapy services to clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
  • Masters Degree in Social Work is an asset
  • Experience working with the MVA system will be an asset
  • Registration with the Order of Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists of Quebec is an asset
  • Professional Liability Insurance
  • Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
  • Computer skills (i.e. MS Word, Outlook)
  • Bilingualism in a second language is a bonus, specifically French, Arabic, & Persian
