Hotel Operations Manager

Misty Mountain Inn and Suites is seeking a highly skilled Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve efficiency and quality
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 to 40 hours of work per week
