Evening Facility Operations Coordinator

Position Overview: This role encompasses the development and coordination of comprehensive treatment programs for youth, ensuring the delivery of direct services and interventions. Responsibilities include the preparation of precise reports and the organization of plans for referrals to mental health facilities. Additionally, the position involves providing consultation, orientation, and training to both treatment team members and institutional staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing staff-directed activities for youth.
- Facilitating the creation of accurate documentation related to treatment programming.
- Coordinating with mental health facilities for youth referrals.
- Offering training and support to team members and staff.
Compensation and Benefits: Pay for current and former state employees may vary based on the applicable provisions of the compensation plan. New candidates may qualify for a sign-on bonus of $2,000, distributed as follows: $1,000 upon the first paycheck and $1,000 upon achieving permanent status, typically after one year.

Work Schedule: This position requires a flexible schedule, which may include evening and weekend hours. Please note that remote work is not available for this role.
Qualifications: Experience in delivering Evidence-Based Programming (EBP) aimed at reducing recidivism among the served population is preferred. Candidates are encouraged to provide a detailed letter of qualifications and resume highlighting relevant training and experience.
