Job Title: Oil and Gas Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oil and Gas Recruiter to join our team at Roska DBO Inc. in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent for our oil and gas operations. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Source and recruit top talent for oil and gas operations
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  3. Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure timely processing of resumes
  4. Conduct preliminary screening interviews and assess candidate suitability
  5. Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
  6. Travel to remote locations for customer relations and support
  7. Attend job fairs and events to attract new talent
  8. Assist with pre-employment testing and background checks
  9. Arrange travel and accommodations for successful candidates
  10. Represent the company and client's brand in all activities
Requirements:
  1. Previous HR and/or recruitment experience is an asset
  2. Knowledge of the oil and gas industry with a focus on field and plant operations
  3. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  4. Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills
  5. Proven computer skills and experience with applicant tracking systems
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
  7. Flexible schedule with occasional evening and weekend work
