Job Title: Facility Operations Manager

At Pet to Nature Canada Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our commercial facilities, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control the operations of our commercial facilities, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Customer Service: Identify customers' needs and provide excellent customer service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote sales to existing clients and identify potential new clients to grow our business.
  • Facilities Management: Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements, and recommend products or services to customers.
  • Staff Management: Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage the facility's operations budget, ensuring we stay within budget and meet our financial targets.
  • Administrative Services: Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in operations management, customer service, and facilities management. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
