Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently dispatch trucks and subcontractors to coordinate landscaping and snow removal projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Handle sales calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and providing detailed information on our landscaping products and services.
  • Manage sales orders from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Oversee invoicing procedures, tracking completed deliveries and services to ensure proper billing.
  • Assist with purchasing tasks, including liaising with suppliers and maintaining accurate inventory records for both landscaping and snow removal projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales accounts administrator to support administrative functions and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Proven landscaping and snow removal knowledge, with experience in the landscaping and snow removal industries.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and handling inquiries with professionalism.
  • Previous dispatching experience, with 1-2 years of experience in dispatching or a related role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with English verbal and written communication abilities to interact with clients, team members, and suppliers effectively.
  • Organizational skills, with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage various responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in software, with competent use of dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
Terms of Employment:
  • Wages as a full-time employee are $27.50 hourly for 40 hours per week.
  • After 3 months of continuous employment, you will be eligible for medical benefits, including dental care and vision care, life insurance, and disability coverage.
